The kettle goes on before the light is properly up. From the kitchen the ocean is a grey line, not a mood board. I stir a little Himalayan shilajit into warm water and leave the sea moss to soften in a glass. Neither of these is a personality. They sit where the tea sits.
Then the day starts for real. A pharmacy floor does not care about a morning ritual. Scripts, stock, the queue, the questions people actually came in with. I am a pharmacy assistant. That is the work. Living good, if I am going to use the phrase at all, has to survive that floor.
I do not turn the shift into stories about other people’s medicines. I do not turn my own glass into a result. Some mornings I finish it. Some mornings I don’t. The record is allowed to be that small.
This site is the record. I am an independent affiliate, which means if you buy through a link of mine I may earn a commission. It does not mean I am LiveGood, and it does not mean you are being recruited because you read about breakfast.
If you want their questionnaire, the free health report is the soft door. If you only wanted a morning, you can stop here. That also counts.
If it only works on a Sunday, it is a costume.

LiveGood’s own questionnaire. Not a diagnosis, and not a pitch from me.
